This week we have a smaller group of explorers, but they are impressive in their teamwork and their attitudes! The Jaguars and the Blue Spy Jets had a successful day on Monday at the Morrison Nature Center where we made boats, water bottles and got to know each other. Tuesday at the National Wldlife Refuge we got to try our hand at fishing, and built a castle for our Sponge Bugs.
Wednesday everyone enjoyed climbing Wally and swimming at F 15 before the storm. The group focused on team building games and finished the day relaxing with lanyards out of the rain. Today we visited Barr Lake and saw many deer, a Great Blue Heron and practiced orienteering skills in teams! Everyone is looking forward to flying our new kites tomorrow!
