Hello current AO Camps Parents!
With the fires in the area, we are taking things day-by-day. Here is an update on tomorrow. Please tell your campers that, because of the Flagstaff Fire:
– we will be starting our day at Base Camp for all Junior and Eldorado campers. Transportation will remain the same in all locations both a.m. and p.m.
– we will NOT be going to the Eldorado Springs Pool for swimming or to Eldorado at all tomorrow.
– if it is smokey (we have a see it / smell it policy in place) we will stay inside at Base Camp
– if it is not smokey and we can’t swim, we’ll have our first ever “Pool Day Without A Pool” Day – sprinklers, water games, and more at Base Camp!
Please send your campers with their swim stuff as usual, and get ready for a GREAT day!
We’ll let you know tomorrow about plans for Thursday based on the progression of the fire.
