Today started out a little chilly, but it warmed up, and by the afternoon, almost all of the campers had hopped into the pool! We began our day with some energetic morning songs and a song-game called “What’s That You Say?” Campers had a great time thinking of different funky dances to have the whole group do. Then, we headed to the pool, where we got sunscreened up and enjoyed the surprisingly warm pool water! After lunch, cabin groups had a chance to work on their cabin shields, which will be placed in the camp bus as a reminder that their group was at camp for a whole session. Campers also enjoyed going down the slide, going off the diving board, and making lanyards. It was an awesome pool day, and the sun even came out at the very end!
Tomorrow, we’re heading to Sawhill Ponds to fish! See you there!
