The Denver Juniors had their very last day of archery at Barr Lake today. Everyone tried their very best, and some campers even made bullseyes! We played Dead Ant tag and sang Penguins Attention and Little Spaceship in the Sky.
New campers (and a few returning campers who chose to) corseted their very own water bottles. Those will stay with us at camp so everyone will be sure to have fresh water in the morning.
All of the groups explored the nature center and felt different animal bones and pelts and dressed up in different animal costumes.
Back at Base Camp, we went over the camp rules, named our groups, and ate snack while we shared about our day. We ended with some final songs, including On Top of Spaghetti.
