Session 5 started of fantastically! We began the morning singing ‘Princess Pat’, ‘Little Red Wagon’ and the “Moose Song’. We played a round of ship island where campers practiced following directions, changing running directions and having a really good time.
After morning game campers found other campers with their same colored name tag. After forming cabin groups, counselors found their groups and began the day!
Both groups played name games, named their cabin group and decorated water bottles in the morning. In the afternoon campers played team building games, caught bugs, and made bug houses, hotels, and vacation homes. ‘Bob’ our resident beetle had a fantastic at the AO bug resort!
We are excited to hike down to the cave tomorrow, and to continue our bug fascination, among other activities
